10月來到香港夏眠的南非龜甲龍紛紛睡醒，在滿佈裂紋的龜甲硬殼中破出爬藤，男圓嘢在幾年前IFC的植物藝術展中，給了他一個藝名 ： Crack Climber 裂縫中的攀爬者。

他是南非開普敦帶一獨特的奇景，原生於乾旱的地區，長在石縫和當地叫 Fynbos 的荒地灌木叢之中，爬藤向上伸延尋找荒野僅有的依附後慢慢展開心型的葉片，終於在稀少雨量的雨季中重開他的光合作用工廠！

工作室已準備好數十株的南非龜甲龍，由小苗可愛的BB 到十幾厘米直徑的都有，部份配上香港/日本陶藝家手工製陶盆，也有配上膠盆，圓渾、已出藤及根系良好，是圓嘢今年準備的給大家的 #龜甲龍特集 ！

Dioscorea elephantipes is a deciduous vining plant that goes dormant for a period each year ( Summer from July to September in Hong Kong), please moving it to a cool, dry spot and significantly reducing water.
