Plant Staycation Reservation

• 入住申請與審核：
  為確保場內環境與照顧品質，入住之植物品種須於預約前預先WhatsApp向圓嘢查詢並確認。
  
• 植物健康申報：
  入住之植物須為健康狀態。植物主人有責任如實告知植物現有狀況、過往病蟲害紀錄及對環境的特殊敏感性。若隱瞞蟲害導致其他入住植物受影響，圓嘢保留追究相關責任之權利。
  
• 費用繳付與逾期計費：
  寄養訂金費用或全數費用須於入住前按預計天數全數繳付。尾數需出Check Out日付清。出如需延長入住期，請提早通知，超過原定入住期之天數將依價目表按日追加收費。
  
• 植物接送服務：
  如需安排專車或物流來回接送服務，請提前聯絡職員，接送費用將按地區另行計算並收取。
  
• 大量寄養優惠：
  如有大量植物同時需要入住託管，請先行諮詢職員進行專案評估與報價。
  
• 變更與退款政策：
  預約一經確認，如因個人因素需提早接回植物或取消寄養服務，已繳付之相關費用將不予退款。
  
• 逾期未取與遺棄處理：
  若植物主人未有於預定退房日期起計 14天內接回植物，且未能取得聯絡或未獲同意延期付款，該植物將被視為遺棄處理。圓嘢有權自行任何方式處理該植物（包括處置或轉讓），相關寄養費用概不退還，亦無須另行通知。
  
• 服務接受權限：
  為維護住宿環境安全與其他顧客植物之健康，圓嘢保留在任何情況下拒絕接受或中途終止植物入住安排之最終權利。
  
• 免責與賠償上限：
  植物為活體生物，圓嘢會盡力提供專業照護，但對於因環境變遷、不可抗力因素所導致之植物損傷、疾病或枯萎死亡，圓嘢概不承擔額外賠償責任。若植物於入住期間不幸死亡，賠償上限為全數退回該植物之入住費用，不作其他衍生賠償。
  
• 條款修改權：
  圓嘢保留隨時調整植物酒店收費、服務內容及修改本條款之權利，恕不另行個別通知。
  
• 協議約束力：
  當顧客提交植物寄養預約表或完成付款後，即代表已閱讀、理解並完全同意受本協議所有條款約束。

• Booking Application & Review: To ensure high-quality care and maintain a healthy environment, all plant species must be inquired about and confirmed via WhatsApp with Forest Round Round prior to booking.
• Plant Health Declaration: Plants must be in good health upon check-in. Owners are responsible for fully disclosing their plant's current condition, pest history, and special environmental sensitivities. If undisclosed pests affect other guest plants, Forest Round Round reserves the right to hold the owner responsible for any associated liabilities.
• Payment & Extended Stay Charges: A deposit or full payment must be settled prior to check-in based on the estimated stay. Any remaining balance must be paid in full on the check-out date. If an extension is required, please notify us in advance; days beyond the original stay will be charged daily according to our standard rate sheet.
• Transport Service: If round-trip transport or courier pickup/drop-off is required, please contact our team in advance. Transport fees will be calculated and charged separately based on location.
• Multi-Plant Bookings: If a large quantity of plants requires boarding, please consult our team in advance for a tailored assessment and quotation.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or early pickup due to personal reasons.
• Unclaimed Plants & Abandonment Policy: If a plant is not picked up within 14 days of the scheduled check-out date, and the owner cannot be reached or has not received approval for an extended payment, the plant will be deemed abandoned. Forest Round Round reserves the right to handle, transfer, or dispose of the plant by any means at its sole discretion without prior notice or refund of boarding fees.
• Right of Service: To safeguard our boarding environment and the health of other guest plants, Forest Round Round reserves the final right to decline admission or terminate boarding services at any time under any circumstances.
• Limitation of Liability: Plants are living organisms. While Forest Round Round provides utmost professional care, we are not liable for plant damage, disease, or death resulting from environmental adaptation or force majeure events. In the unfortunate event of a plant dying during its stay, our liability is strictly capped at a full refund of the boarding fee for that specific plant, with no further compensation.
• Modification of Terms: Forest Round Round reserves the right to adjust rates, service content, and modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Binding Agreement: By submitting a plant boarding reservation or completing payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all terms of this agreement.
